Connection Timed Out

I got my subsonic working from my last post, but now a new problem has occurred. I tried to save a new sever address, just to make it shorter than my original one. Now, the router can successfully port to any port, but the address says registered but timed out. I'm not sure what is causing this. I went to canyouseeme.org and it would connect to the ports, but now it just stopped saying it timed out too, what should I do?

There are very good descriptions of how to fix this in the Windows/Android post in the Tutorial section. Even if you're not on windows, the description of how to set up/ troubleshoot network issues are relevant.
