Playlist shows 0 songs

Hello,
I am running subsonic version 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013, server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_25, Windows 7 (66.7 MB / 94.0 MB) on a laptop. The music directory is on a NAS drive which is always on but the laptop sometime gets turned off.

I am not sure when but I suspect that when the laptop gets turned off, sometime I loose the playlist, it show zero songs.

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if someone have a fix? Database backup and restore?

Does it say zero songs or something like "Created by <UserName> on August 30, 2013. . songs ()"?

The latter is what's shown while the playlist is loading. The slower the connection speed and the large the playlist, the longer that list takes to load. In short, you may just need to wait longer for the playlist to show.

If that's not the problem, I'm guessing that the location of the playlists is somewhere that can't be accessed for one reason or another. You can find that location in Settings/General/Import playlists from.
