Access via mobile networks no longer working?

Hi all - I've been using Subsonic Premium for some time now and it's great. I recently upgraded to v4.8 and, for some reason, access via mobile devices is no longer working. I have tried using the Subsonic app on my BlackBerry 10 device (port of Android app which previously worked great), trying the ****.subsonic.org address directly in my BlackBerry browser, as well as tried accessing from a latop connected to an AT&T MiFi hotspot. It attempts the connection four times and then bombs out. A few points/troubleshooting steps taken:

- Access via home LAN - no problem
- Access via browser from another external non-mobile network - no problem
- Access from Blackberry web browser or Subsonic app when BlackBerry is connected to home WiFi LAN - no problem
- Checked port 8080 from canyouseeme.org - shows access to the service
- Disabled Windows Firewall completely - no difference (didn't expect any)

The problem seems to be specific for traffic originating from a mobile network. I haven't tried my wife's mobile phone yet (she's on Sprint, while my BlackBerry and MiFi hotspot are both AT&T), but would be surprised if that changed anything.

Any thoughts? I'm going to reboot the router just to see if that does anything, but wouldn't expect it to. Outside of the upgrade to 4.8, I haven't made any other changes to my network configuration, port forwarding, access, etc. Mobile access is one of the big benefits for me, so hopefully someone has seen this before and knows a workaround!
