win7: moving Database from c: to d:

unfortunately it isn't possibel to answer on the following post:

I'm using win7 and subsonic.
I cannot find the following file: subsonic-service.exe.vmoptions

Subsonic works fine, anything is okay, but I don't find the file on win7.

How is it able to move the database from c: to d: ??
