subsonic doesn't work with a second admin user account

Problem Description:

Due to some running slow issues I've created an nº 2 admin user account to discover what is the cause of the issue on my OS Mavericks. Everything was fine and it inherited all apps from the admin account nº1. First time I opened subsonic on account nº2 it worked well - playback and everything else was ok - although I got an error message when checking out subsonic control panel: "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Bad temp directory: /Library/Application Support/Subsonic/jetty/3434". I restarted the system some time later and couldn't access subsonic webpage on account nº2 anymore. The webpage didn't load properly and the message on the browser was: "... could not connect to localhost:4040.."

Troubleshooting Steps: I installed subsonic logging on account nº2. Installation was fine. The control panel informed that port 4040 was already in use, I changed it to port 4041 but when I tried to open the webpage I got this:
