last.fm scrobbling too soon

Is there a way to have Subsonic wait until the 50% played mark until it scrobbles a song to last.fm as played? I'm configuring my server and players which involves me pressing play, stop, play, stop a few times, and it's polluting my last.fm played list with "false positives". (not actual false positives but you know what I mean)

Anyway to configure a delay before submission as other players like Foobar can do?
