Connection failed: Data is not XML

Here is the current version I am using

Server jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_51, Windows 7 (81.3 MB / 193.4 MB)

So the problem I am having is this
I registered a new custom domain through no-IP. The name works great in web browsers and I don't have to use the .subsonic.org custom web address anymore. When I type it in on my windows phone APP (Subsonic Music Streamer v5.12.0.0) (Nokia Lumia 925), my custom address, my phone gives me the "error of Connection failed: Data is not XML". I really want to do away with the subsonic.org web address and I don't want to forward through it. I am not using https on my subsonic server and I have no mods. My ports are working and forwarded properly and the server is accessible from out side sources when using a standard web browser. When I re-enable the subsonic.org custom web address all works fine. but I don't want to have it enabled at all. I have tried to type http:// before my custom address with no avail. I have looked on the forum and other information comes up for this error but noting that fits my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! And if there are any questions that maybe I could answer for any one else just let me know.
