Database fails to initialize after upgrade to 4.9

Hi,

I made a mistake: I did the upgrade on Ubuntu 12.04 from Subsonic 4.9b2 to 4.9 and forgot to stop the Subsonic service.

Since then I can't start Subsonic - except if I let it reinitialize a new DB by renaming the db folder. See the log below:

org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: error in script file line: 62 out of memory

I can import the old users through db.view, but it doesn't work for all the starred medias entries. I still have my original files from 4.9b2. Any idea how
I can have it working again with all my old data?
