Long Audio Files

I found while listening to The Brewing Network podcasts that some of the longer episodes will skip to the next episode in the playlist if you pause or jump forward later in the show. However there is no problem with playing through the whole show when you start in an okay timeframe. Some of their shows are >3 hours long and was not sure what was causing it until I started listening to the shorter shows which are between 1 and 1.5 hours long and have not had any issues with this happening. So it seems like longer audio files seem to have issues playing later in the file.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so were you able to fix it?
