What server to enter for Substream ?

OK, I am totally new to using subsonic and substream.

I got subsonic to work on my pc (seems kinda hit or miss if a song will play). But that's not my issue:

substream doesn't see any music at all. all screens are the default screens, nothing of mine shows up. I am making the assumption that I do not have the correct server entered in the settings. I assume that because what else could it be ? my ports are open because it works on my computer, right ?

I would greatly appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction...
