isub won't work

hello
it's been two weeks now - and my isub (i use iphone 5c) isn't working. all i get is a "can not connect to the server" error.
i've re-installed the app but nothing helped.
i've sent to mail to the help desk of subsonic but no answer.
any one know what to do?
if this continues i would ask my money back.
