Dynamic Transcoding

Hi,

I want to configure Subsonic to stream flac to my android client when on wifi and transcode to mp3 when on mobile.

Is this possible?

Also, I am confused because I removed flac from the default mp3 transcoding definition on the server (flac has no transcoding set up on server at all.), and configured my android max bitrate to 320 for mobile.

And yet it still played my music when i did not have a wifi connection. (I was playing songs which had never been played, so it was not drawing from cache).

I would have expected the above configuration to fail because the server had no way of transcoding the flac?
