Can't connect to Subsonic after upgrade - Ubuntu server

I've got a command line only install of Ubuntu running on my basement server. I've happily had Subsonic 4.7 running on it for a while now. This morning I decided to upgrade to 4.9. I copied the file onto the server and ran the command "sudo dpkg -i subsonic-4.9.deb" and it appeared to upgrade correctly. Now, when I go to the web address for Subsonic locally on my network I get a "cannot connect" message from Chrome.

Sorry for the lack of details here - not sure where I could pull the log from locally to post!
