Can't Connect Externally Using Easy-To-Remember Address

Hey All,

I recently moved to a new apartment and my ISP changed my public IP (suprise!) so I had to re-setup my Subsonic server. I re-added the proper firewall rules and I can hit my server externally using the public IP + port 4041 but I'm unable to connect using the Easy-To-Remember web address. I paid for Subsonic Premium and my subscription doesn't expire until October 2014 - when I try to re-enable the setting under Network, I get the error server.subsonic.org is registered, but could not connect to it. (ConnectTimeoutException) , even when I try to restart the Subsonic service. Any ideas as to what is going on here or how I can fix the issue? It's not a huge deal because I can use the public IP to access it but I'd like to return the functionality of using the easy-to-remember name.
