Subsonic Port Forwarding Airport Extreme Problem

I'm having trouble getting the port forwarding to work on my Ubuntu Subsonic Server w/ an Apple Airport Extreme Router. I have successfully installed Subsonic Server on my Ubuntu box, and the http://localhost:4040 admin panel works on multiple devices locally, but the port forwarding just wont work. On my Airport Extreme I have NAT Port Mapping enabled and port 4040 and 80 forwarded to my Ubuntu machine, , , .

Here is a screenshot of the Subsonic admin panel. . If anyone has any troubleshooting tips it would be greatly appreciated.
