Incoming IP Access Logs for Subsonic

I know I could traverse through, and/or script something, to go through my router logs. However, I was told that subsonic had a page, /db.view where you could run SQL queries and pull this type of information.

There is just an empty box at that point, is there a way to look at IP logs for people who have logged in and what their external facing login was at that point? I am not really all that familiar with SQL queries, and I havent found a good resource to the type of information we can pull from the subsonic database using this page.
