Some tracks won't play Galaxy S4 restarts

Lately tracks that played fine in the past have been having trouble playing. I will go to play a track, it appears to download correctly (though, it never starts playing) It will then not allow me to play the track, even with other player apps. (file explorer says it can not play the file type) I have attempted deleting offending tracks, and it will re-download with the same problem. These same tracks work fine on my wifes S3 as well as every other device used to access with no apparent problem. Also, occasionally it will simply restart my S4 trying to play some of these problem tracks.

Playback app is latest Subsonic for Android

Memory limit 250MB

I can provide more information if requested, but it would seem it is just this one device having the problem. Of course, it is also the most important device to me. These tracks have played fine in the past. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
