Transcoding - Low bandwidth higher quality template

Hello people!

I've spent an afternoon to use HE-AAC with no avail. I've downloaded aac_enc dlls's winamps files etc but failed. I'm more than happy wait for the whole heaac files to download, I don't really want streaming (but it would be sweet too).

Also, will there ever be Intel quicksync transcoding?
