Want to stream to my own MP3 & FLV players

Hello. Recently got the premium pkg. I already have my players on my site. All I needed was a server to stream from. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to direct the links on my xml playlist to play my MP3 and not open the Subsonic framework. It is too large for my site. My MP3 is a popup and quite small but has all the features I want. I really don't want people having access to everything like that. Normally my users don't need to register to listen to tunes. In this fashion they have to register. I've attached a pic of my MP3 and a pic of your interface as a popup. 1475 by 750 just to make it look normal. (To big for your requirements so left out)
I already have a Host and a Website. All I need is a server to stream my music & videos.
My players are already setup on my site. What I am trying to do is figure out how to direct the playlist to play my music. Before all I did was put in the web link, the local folder in the directory, and the song title & format.

It doesn't work for my mp3, but if I put the link http://savecdnhockey.subsonic.org?login=admin in the browser it will open the Subsonic bypassing the login. Which is what I want but I want it to open the mp3 and not Subsonic.
I am trying to figure out the link that will allow me to stream my music. Then same for videos.
I am not sure how to do it though. If I need to add the users and limit their capabilities that is fine. I guess. Didn't want to but whatever it takes.
If I put the fullpage in, then my popup becomes obsolete and defeats the whole purpose.
Your system is all new to me and looks great. I want to try to keep using my mp3. Just not sure how to go about it. Still a newbie when it comes to some of this stuff.

I keep being reassured that I can indeed stream my music. Just not to clear on HOW. Do I have to use the Subsonic system or can I just stream to my players. If so, what weblink do I use in my xml playlist.

I have it running now as a fullpage just to have music. Would like some help trying to figure this out. Went to the forum and read a bit about what I thought was my issue and it was all greek to me. I know little html, flash, javascript but not a pro.
Is it possible?
Can't seem to get the videos to play on your interface right now either. I've uploaded the files for my MP3 to the server in case that helps make it easier to link. I figured it was all in the xml file and the links used to direct the player.
Please advise. Thank you.
