Not streaming

Hi peeps, not sure what iv'e done but at this time i cant get hold of my webmaster to take a look at my server, myself i know nothing about this machine as he set it up for me.

Now! my question is all i know is iv installed the new (ubunto updates) and now the last fortnight or 2 weeks should i say nothing since installing these updates nothing is streaming outbound to anyother account only the Admin account works

other accounts it just says Video not found stream error then a number id

whats wrong with it ?
