Problem Adding Media From a Folder

I am having a problem with subsonic Scanning a directory. I am running Subsonic 4.9 and Using Windows 8.1 The directory structure is as follows:

I added the following Directory to the media folders: D:\user\videos\Tv Shows
In that directory there are additional Folders A-Z, Then folders containing TV shows, and seasons. Example: D:\user\videos\Tv Shows\Air Wolf\Season 1

I set the above directory as the only enabled media location scanned for media and the log is below. There are a lot more than 1 file. Other paths seem to work, I even tried just scanning D:\user\videos and still it wouldn't find the media in the TV shows folder. Does anyone have any thoughs on why this folder won't scan.
