disable duration check - HTTP Live Streaming

Hi,

I am using the "HTTP Live Streaming command" when streaming to my IOS device. This works fine for any 'real' files.
However, when I use a stream-source (e.g. my satellite-streaming device), I do get this error:

type: Status report
message: Unknown duration for media file: 64292
description: The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

[Subsonic 4.9, Apache Tomcat/6.0.41]

Obviously, there is a duration-check, which fails with a continues stream.
Does anyone know how to get around this, or can this only be fixed within SS?

... I have manually updated the DURATION_SECONDS field of the MEDIA_FILE table, but still no success.

Has anyone successfully 'attached' a streaming source and forwarded the stream via 'HTTP Live Streaming' ?

Any ideas appreciated ...
