Stream to phone

I've looked in the forums and I can't find a similar problem.

When streaming movies to my phone they come in at full resolution. My phone's resolution is 854x480 and it has to scale down 1080p video coming to it. Looking at the logs it looks like a Java error.

While i'm here can someone point me to where the "players" are explained?

It looks to me that each account has it's own player set up. I don't know why this is because the players function differently based on the type of delivery also. But yeah, I'm confused as to how the things works, which makes solving my own problems harder.
