ConnectTimeoutException

I'm using the trial version to test out the software and see if I like it. However, I"m getting the above error when I try testing the server. Below are the details:

Problem Description: xxx.subsonic.org is registered, but could not connect to it. (ConnectTimeoutException)
Troubleshooting Steps: Tried restarting the service, renaming the server address.
Playback Application and version: Standard Subsonic Web Interface
Subsonic Version: 5.0 (build 4100) - September 21, 2014
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_65, Mac OS X (52.9 MB / 81.1 MB)
Hardware Platform: Mac Mini OS X

Other info: My Mac Mini is currently setup as follows.... Internet -> Cable Modem -> Router/WAP -> Switch -> Mac Mini

I'm able to ping xxx.subsonic.org from a remote machine without any issues, but I can't log into it using an app on my phone.

Any suggestions?
