Subsonic filling /dev/ram0

Postby bjtukker » Sun Sep 21, 2014 3:07 pm

Hello,

Although I have created a link for subsonic from /var/subsonic to /share/MD0_DATA/subsonic (found in viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1849&start=15), it's still filling up /dev/ram0 while scanning the media folders to 0MB free and all configurations are lost and I have to reboot my NAS, a QNAP. What I also see is that, while scanning the folders, the logfile grows, but the subsonic.data (the database I presume) remains 1MB in size. I had quite some applications running on my QNAP, but since and update (not sure if it was the JRE 8.0.1, Tomcat 7.0.50 or the firmware 4.1.1), it has become unstable and can't find the cause. Right now, the only stuff I'm running is JRE, Tomcat (need them both to run Subsonic) and Subsonic as a webapp in Tomcat. Also owner and group are admin. Not sure if this could be an issue as am not very knowledgeable of Linux.

Any ideas as to how solve this strange behavior/issue?

Best regards, BJ

Anyone?
Seems like the JRE, which is renewed on QNAP isn't working correctly/causing this error.

Any ideas as how to fix this?
