Duplication of songs in shuffle playlist?

Sometimes when playing songs on shuffle, online mode the songs are queued and played twice. Upon investigation they are being played simultaneously somehow (see image) and then the playlist continues. I have several thousand songs in my library and am trying to play all so I’m not sure what causes this.
