Bulk deleting all users?

Is there a way to remove all users (at once) from Subsonic while keeping everything else in tact?

We have over 1500 users but they are all on LDAP so deleting every user is ok since when they login to Subsonic their account will re-create automatically.

Usually I'd reinstall Subsonic from scratch but we have quite a few 'share' URL's that I'm hoping to retain and not need to re-create.

The main reason for doing this is that once every user is deleted I then will change the 'new user' setting to "User is allowed to download files". Manually doing this on 1500 users would take a little bit too long!
