Cant connect remotely

Hello,

Problem Description: I can access my server via my android phone remotely (using DSub), and I can access it via my laptop when I'm on my home wireless network (the same one my server runs on). But I cant access it with my laptop when I'm on another network. This worked fine until I upgraded to OSX Yosemite and Subsonic 5.1

Troubleshooting Steps: I’ve messed with network settings to see that everything is ok. I checked to see that my port was open and being forwarded. I checked this by using canyouseeme.org. When I’m on my home network it shows the port as open. When I’m on another is says that the port is not being forwarded.

Playback Application and version: Subsonic 5.1 via web interface (Firefox)

Subsonic Version: 5.1 (build 4311) – January 18, 2015

Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_10, Windows 7 (72.1 MB / 134.6 MB)

Hardware Platform: Mac OSX Yosemite (server runs on Windows 7 PC)

I've attached a pic of what happens when I try to play something from a network other than my home network.
