Jukebox Mode in Raspberry PI

Hi everybody

I have my subsonic server hosted in a rasparem pi model B, and everything is going fine unlless the jukebox mode, which seem to be a usual problem for other versions althought i thought this was corrected in this final version anyone knows how to solve this?
I already dig a lot in the internet about this and nothing works.

You ever try this tutorial for properly configuring jukebox in a Raspberry http://mj2p.co.uk/a-raspberry-pi-subsonic-jukebox-using-java-8/ (go to almost the end of the tutorial)

Gives me an error when executing tar to get java :S

"
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now"

Type this in terminal to install java

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install oracle-java7-jdk

EDIT: I forgot to mention that Java installation procedure of the tutorial is out of date

since the java 8 is already installed is this process the same?

"The system now knows where Java is installed but we will need to let subsonic know where to find it. To do this we update the JAVA_HOME environment variable which can be set in your environment file.

sudo nano /etc/environment and add the line
JAVA_HOME="/opt/jdk1.8.0"

You also need to point your bash console to the new environment variable.
nano ~/.bashrc add the lines
export JAVA_HOME="/opt/jdk1.8.0"
export PATH=$PATH:$JAVA_HOME/bin"

O boy!, sorry. The steps you mention are NO longer required. Since java is installed via repositorie the steps you mention are configured automatically

EDIT: I should mention that you have to skip all the java steps. Sorry mate

as i suspected... i already had seen that post online and tryied to do almost all the steps... altought i made a mistake putting -Djavax.sound.sampled.SourceDataLine=#ALSA \ after verbose:gc \ and not before as it says in the how to....

Already made the change lets see if it makes any difference

Edit: no doesn't work.... now it gives an error and doesn't start subsonic

"Error: Could not find or load main class"


Edit: Solve the last Error but still no jukebox mode working
