License key trouble

Hi!

I bought a license when it was a lifetime deal. Everything works fine until I recently reinstalled my computer and after I have installed Subsonic it ont accept my license key.
I have tried resend my licens and I get a mail with the same licens key but it wont take it.

Any ideas?
