Recently added after changing Media Folder location

Hey all,

Recently reinstalled OS (Windows 10), backed up my music/Subsonic config etc. and restored to a new HDD, however upon changing the location of the Media folder (I'm now storing the music on a different drive), all of my music has been rescanned and all Recently Added/Most Played data etc. has been lost.

If I select Recently Added, I just see the most recent albums that were re-scanned from the new Media location (most of them years old), rather than the most recent Albums I've actually acquired.

I still have the contents of the db folder from the old installation; is there anything I can do to restore things to how they were previously?

Apologies if this has been asked before. I've tried searching but not found anything of relevance.

Edit: If anybody stumbles across this post and has a similar problem, this describes how I fixed it.
