FLAC files not playing

I have a weird issue. All of the sudden FLAC files have stopped working. All other files play fine. The logs say

INFO PlayQueueInputStream - admin listening to "Red Letter Day (EP)/Red Letter Day.flac"

but nothing more than that. They use to play fine. I've tried updating ffmpeg / lame and symlinking it to the /var/sunsonic/trancode foler ( removing the old versions ), I've down graded subsonic too. I am at a loss here.

I am using CentOS 6.6 for the record. Help would be greatly appreciated.
