CHange default bitrate

Hello Everyone,

can someone tell me how to change the default bitrate? The Webbrowser version of Subsonic seems to stick to 192kbit/s and my mobile App (iSub) even when set to no limit uses 192kbit/s.

i saw in some change log that 192kbit/s is the subsonic default value for trancoding. Can it somehow be changed to 320kbits?
