Upgrade to 4.5 proxypass issue

Had 4.4 working on my Linux box (Clearos Centos 5) for ages using apache proxypass.

Upgraded to 4.5 last night and now when I login from the web I get no background colouring on the login page and when I login I get an error 404 with http://myurl/j_acegi_security_check

However, everything works fine if I vpn in and use the ip address ie 10.0.1.10/subsonic/.

If I remove the forward slash from the security check in login.jsp then I login but the flash player isnt there and again the album images and background colours arent there. (have put that slash back)

I might add, the android client works perfectly on the external address.

I am using apache and proxypass.

Can someone give some pointers?

Same here but simply using Haproxy!

by trying to forward public ip adress to subsonic backend i got the same error !!
(Other post about Haproxy and fail2ban is the source of the probleme! )
