Auto Folder Scan? Like Google Play Music?

Subsonic server is installed on a windows 7 machine. I use the android app to listen to the mp3's.
I record internet radio on the windows machine and the stream is split into 10 min mp3 files every 10 mins.

How can I have subsonic auto scan the folder to add new media to it?
Can it be scanned automatically or when a user logs in?
Can a user refresh the folder scan from the android app?
Can it auto add the new mp3 that are added every 10 mins?

I currently use google music right now and it auto updates the folder scan instantly. However subsonic doesn't instantly add the new files, so I have to manually do a new folder scan on the windows machine or wait for a day for it to scan the folders again.

Sorry if this was posted somewhere else, I searched and couldn't find the answer.

Well, It seems to be working now. When I new file is added. I just have to refresh my browser in chrome on windows or the app on android.
