Noise during audio playback

Since upgrading my phone from the Samsung Galaxy S4 to the S7, I have had continual problems with Subsonic audio playback on my phone. Sometimes it will be during the initial playing of the song, sometimes it will be playing songs off a playlist with no previous issues. Each time I use Subsonic I clear the current playlist, and clear my phone's cache. Server and phone both have been restarted when this happens, and I have plenty of bandwidth. Not sure where the glitching is coming from, and not sure where else to begin troubleshooting. Any suggestions?
