Web UI not playing anything

I must have made a mistake. I made a backup of the file playQueue.jsp and proceeded to customize it because I wanted blue instead of orange. I restarted SS and now nothing plays and nothing can be added to the playlist. So, since I had a backup of the file, I deleted the one I messed with and restored the backup file. It still won't work. I don't see any errors in the log file. Any help would be appreciated. I really don't want to purge all files and reinstall. BTW it works just fine in Android app.
OS: Ubuntu Server 16.04

Got the same issue for some days now: WebUI not playing anything but android client yes...

Nothing in the log file.

Didn't do anything besides changing my DNS server configuration, but I can't believe that it's related.

Tried Libresonic and it works - but I don't want to switch!

After spending hours trying to fix it, I gave up. So I renamed the subsonic folder in var and reinstalled. Working perfectly now. I love SS even though it seems buggy sometimes.

Well, now it's working again: I think that it was a problem client side, not server side...

To recap: it stopped working on a Windows 10 N version, and after updating the Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows, it seems to work again.
