Changing Subsonic transcoding behavior based on client?

I use Subsonic with multiple devices, mostly iOS, mostly iSub.

I have it set up to transcode FLAC files on the server to MP3, and to have MP3 files no transcode (i.e. download at their native bit rate). Is there any way to set up the server so that FLAC will only transcode to MP3 if a certain client ois being used? Meaning I have one iOS device where I want FLAC to download as FLAC if the client is a specific iPhone.
