iOS 10.1.1 - Failed to Play

I am running the server on a MacMini / OS X 10.12.4

I have set the bitrate to unlimited.

On my iPhone I'm running the subsonic app. It's connected to the server, music shows but when I try and play something I get a FAILED TO PLAY message and then it skips to the next track, and continues to skip.

On the phone I have unlimited set to wifi and phone.

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling and it does the same thing.

I created a new account on the server as an admin and that didn't help either.

I have a mixture of different encoded songs.

****** Update - so I got 1 MP3 song to stream but other MP3 songs will not stream. I didn't have any problems with STREAM TO ME when using their server and iOS app

******* Update - so it's the stupid all I bought that seems to be the issue. Play Sub seems to be failing while Substreamer seems to work.
