Sonos sees SubSonic service but "no selections available"?

Any & all assistance would be greatly appreciated! Its a beautiful day in Chicago, friends/family are all coming over but I still can't get SubSonic to work again with my Sonos. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Problem Description: I have SubSonic Premium account. Although Sonos controller lists SubSonic as one of my music services (even the naming as I set it up e.g. "SubSonic 1") it is no longer able to access my music library: "no selections are available". Note that my music is on a SynologyNAS & until recently everything always worked. I can still access my music via SubSonic browser, just not via Sonos.

Troubleshooting Steps: restarted SubSonic service, uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted/recreated service, restarted service (again), re-added Sonos to Subsonic settings, re-scanned media, rebooted numerous times throughout. Removed SubSonic from Sonos, rebooted, reinstalled SubSonic service, no change. Tried the new Subsonic version but it could not find my SynologyNAS music library stating "folder not found" (/volume1/BC1-Music/iTunes); went back to the previous SubSonic version & it found my library immediately; still Sonos only sees the SubSonic music service but not my music library). Also tried to alternate how the SubSonic service logon runs, versus "local system account" I tried logon as an "account" with my SubSonic login/password (trying both Admin & bctopia user name); the service could not logon so I went back to local system account & service is currently running.

Subsonic Version: 6.0 (build a7857c)
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_121, Linux (279.2 MB / 447.5 MB)
Hardware Platform: Windows 10 (latest build)

Java Memory Limit: 43MB (odd that the "Subsonic Music Streamer" agent in task bar (is this new?) takes me to SubSonic Controller which includes this URL "http://localhost:4040/index.viewr". When the browser opens & I check Media Folders my library is not available (/volume1/BC1-Music/iTunes). Alternatively when I use my regular shortcut to SubSonic with SynologyNAS IP (http://192.168.1.146:4040/index.view?) SubSonic opens just fine & my libraries are available). Unsure if this agent is leftover from new SubSonic release that didn't work OR if the localhost link included is just the default SubSonic included in the control panel.
