Move Subsonic from Windows to Mac without losing playlists

Hi,
I am trying to move from Windows to Mac after getting a new Mac, I have successfully transferred everything over, all music is now on the Mac, media folders are pointing there, I copied across my old .properties file & /db/ folder, all works, all user accounts have been transferred as have playlists, however, the playlists are all empty.
My old music directory was: G:\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music
My new directory is: /Users/me/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music

Obviously, I cannot replicate the file path like I could if I were moving from Windows to Windows as Mac can't do the drive letter file path.

Is there any way I can restore the playlist contents on the Mac? Note, the music folders and structures are exactly the same as before.
