Media Scan Runs No Files Available

Good morning, I'm coming back to Subsonic after a hiatus. I have a new PC, so fresh install with the latest version. I scan all my media and it shows many files, but I can't see them. I'm on a Windows box. Here's what I see on the about page:

Figured it out...it was really simple, but would never have imagined I needed to do it.

I had to go into the admin user and grant access to the media folder. Super strange.
