Chrome 62 IFrame Index view Broken under Reverse Proxy

Hello,

The Index View appears to be non-functional at least with Chrome Version 62. I spent hours troubleshooting thinking my reverse proxy was at fault, but it works fine in IE, however chrome 62 appears to break the index view under reverse proxy. I can access the individual elements directly, but when accessing the index itself i am greeted with a blank white screen.
