Maximum number of playlists on android devices

Problem Description: I have 288 playlists of MP3 and FLAC files on my server. Each playlist is less than 30 minutes long and appears and plays correctly on my PC. But on my Samsung tablet and Sony phone only only 252 of the 288 playlists appear. I am using up-to-date Dsub and Subsonic android apps and only 252 playlists appear on both devices and apps. All of the equipment listed above is connected to the server via wifi.
Playback Application and version: Dsub & Subsonic android apps, with cache sizes of 500-2000 Mb and 3-5 songs to preload
Subsonic Version: 6.1.3 (build e408c9) – October 31, 2017
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.8.0_151, HSQLDB, Windows 8.1 (52.4 MB / 114.6 MB)
Hardware Platform. 64bit Windows 8.1, android 4.4.2 (samsung SM-T230N tablet) android 7.1.1 (Sony E5823 phone)
