Failed to register web address. 404 Not Found (IOException)

Hi there I have recently started getting this error on my server when using the subsonic address Failed to register web address. 404 Not Found (IOException)

any ideas please I have rebooted the server a couple of times but still no luck

You might check if your server really is online ( http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ )
If your server appears to be off line you might try setting up the portforwarding manually. If you have all ready done that and it is no solution, delete the portforwarding, reboot your router and configure the portforwarding again.
