Music shows in app and desktop, but won't download or play

Hi,

I had a very stable server for a while, but all of a sudden, I can't play or download any song via the desktop or mobile app. On the mobile app, the songs show in library, but won't download/play. On the desktop app, nothing shows in the "Random" screen (which is weird), but I can see music in the index, recently played, etc. When I click on an album or song in those locations where albums/music are visible, it will not play.

I have tried stopping/restarting server, uninstall/reinstall, but no luck.

I also tried scanning/rescanning the db and cleaning up the db. When I rescan, nothing gets scanned. I checked my scan path, and it is the same and good and I can access the music/folders from Windows Explorer ok.
