SOLVED:Retain Old Web Address and Pay Donation Again

Hello:

I'm migrating Subsonic to a new computer and I no longer have my activation email with my activation key. Nor have I been successful moving the subsonic database to the new computer. I thought perhaps the easiest thing to do is to start from scratch, reinstall subsonic and redo all my settings. I've got Subsonic up and running on the new computer and I'll happily pay for a new key, but I'd like to keep my old subsonic web address. Is that possible? Currently, I'm being blocked because it's already registered (to me).

Just use the old web address on your new server.
It may take some time to get it registered properly in your new server ( Settings >> Network >> Status: Successfully registered web address. )
I had to reinstall my server several times due to experiments that went wrong, but I always was able to reclaim my web address.
If you already paid for Subsonic, you might drop Sindre a line explaining your situation.
Perhaps he's willing to send you the key to your new address again.
The proper email address is on the "About" page on your server.

Thank you for your quick response! As it turns out, there is a link to access your old licensing key if you lost it on the Subsonic payment link. Should have looked there myself, but in the midst of trying to get everything set up I just got lost in the quagmire of running down the wrong path to the wrong conclusion.
