Help!
Been using subsonic successfully for a number of years. The ancient computer it was running on gave up the ghost, so I replaced it with a refurbished Windows 10 PC. Got it set up and things were running fine when I noticed some occasional drop outs in my broadband signal. Called my provider and boosted my “promised” speed from 50 to 250. My old modem wouldn’t handle anything over 150 so I bought a new Surfboard 6190 modem. Got everything back up and running, (including Subsonic), but was still having the drop out problem, so I decided to reset the Linksys ea 3500 router to factory settings. Didn’t keep my old settings, just started over from scratch, setting up a new network, etc. Everything worked great! Super fast and no drop outs in service!
That is everything except Subsonic. It would load and open and play music either from the subsonic tray or by entering my subsonic web address on the computer it was loaded on, but I couldn’t access it from any other computer or phone. I got the following error:

Figured it was a port forwarding problem so I spent the last 2 days trying to resolve it - to no avail. When I originally installed Subsonic on the new computer, before I restored the router to factory settings, I used automatic port forwarding and it worked. I tried that first after resetting the router. When that didn’t seem to work, I set up a static IP address (using Monroe’s World - how to set up Subsonic instructions) and then when that didn’t work, using port forwarding instructions I found elsewhere on the net. No dice.
I have tried changing my port numbers. Turning off firewalls on my computers and on the router. I have turned off UPNP while trying to run a static port configuration - turned it back on. Turned NAT on & off on the router. Turned off “Filter Anonymous Internet Requests” on the router. Rebooted the computer, Subsonic and or the the router after every change. Basically tried every configuration I could think of using both UPNP and a static configuration. To no avail.
On the subsonic network settings page, when I would use UPNP, I would sometimes get a message that all was good - it was connected to my router and when using UPNP port forwarding was successfully enabled. However, even when it said it was successfully port forwarding I still couldn’t see Subsonic anywhere except on the computer on which it was installed.
So I’m stumped and humbly come here for help from those who know. Below are some screenshots that may be helpful in figuring out where this flunky went wrong. I tried to restore everything to its original configuration - the computer, router and subsonic. Firewalls are back on. I changed the TCP/IPV4 properties on the computer back to auto. Currently Subsonic says it is successfully port forwarding using UPNP but I can only see it on the server.
P.S. Today while making changes to the router settings I lost connectivity and I had to reboot it to get back online. Perhaps I should go buy a new router as well. Sigh.
