Not finding music in folder

So I am going to explain this to the best I can.

What my hardware software set up is:

4 500GB HDD
and I'm running Win 7 x64 Home Premium

I have subsonic up and running no problems but when I set up my initial folder which is on a separate disk than my Win/Subsonic install it says
No music folders found. Please change the settings. at the top of my install.

Thoughts, Solutions?

never mind, I figured out what was wrong. I kept flipping the folder name and location, that's what I get for trying to set up subsonic on minimal sleep
