Shared media no longer working

Hey folks. So, this is a relatively new issue that I've been stumped on lately. For whatever reason, my shared content in subsonic no longer works. I'm running Win 10, ports 4040 and 8443 w/ https. I can access my server from the public internet w/ no issues (wezman2k.subsonic.org or https://win2k.noip.me:8443). When logged in, I can play all content w/ no problem.

The issue is that as soon as I try to share something and access that link (for example: https://win2k.noip.me:8443/share/GdxMv) you'll see that the content is not available. I have no idea why... the permissions on the directories are set properly (to my knowledge) and I have definitely been able to share files in the past. Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot something like this? It occurs regardless of whether or not the content is audio or video.
